From the Verrazano Bridge/Brooklyn
Starting from the Verrazano or
Brooklyn, take the Belt Parkway East to Exit 23 – Sunrise Hwy. Continue on
Sunrise Hwy East for about 5 miles to Oceanside Rd. Turn Right on Oceanside Rd.
Head south on Oceanside Rd. for about 2 miles until you reach the 2nd
flashing yellow light. This light is at Neil Court, turn right on Neil Ct. and
Philip Weiss Auctions is the first building on the left hand side. You may park
along our building or in the street, please do not park in the hospital parking
lot on the corner.
From Midtown Manhattan/LIE Queens
Head east on the LIE (495) to the Cross Island Parkway South.
Take the Cross Island until you reach Southern State Parkway East. Take the S.
State
to exit 17S – Hempstead Ave. Stay to the left and
cross over the railroad tracks, this becomes Ocean Avenue. Continue south
on Ocean to Route 27 Sunrise Hwy. Turn left on Sunrise heading East,
and take this about 1 mile to Oceanside Road. Turn Right on Oceanside Rd. Head
south on Oceanside Rd. for about 2 miles until you reach the 2nd
flashing yellow light. This light is at Neil Court, turn right on Neil Ct. and
Philip Weiss Auctions is the first building on the left hand side. You may park

From Connecticut and points North
Cross over
the Throgs Neck
Bridge and take the exit for Cross Island Parkway South. Take the Cross
Island until you reach Southern State Parkway East. Take the S. State
to exit 17S –

Use the Northern or Southern
State Parkways to Meadowbrook Parkway South. Take to Exit M8 W and head
West on Sunrise Highway (Rte. 27). Take this approx 3.5 miles to Oceanside
Road. Turn left on Oceanside Road. Head south on Oceanside Rd. for about 2
miles until you reach the 2nd flashing yellow light. This light is at
Neil Court, turn right on Neil Ct. and Philip Weiss Auctions is the first
building on the left hand side. You may park along our building or in the
